Large wheels of a cart squeaked loudly within the crystal caverns, where the occasional drip of water could be perceived. Two Vayrons looked towards each other, the harnesses tightly bound to the sides of their persons. “...Who would have thought we had so much to return? Edne stood amongst a crowd of other explorers, her ears twitching while the speech of the matriarch still echoed within. The warning wasn’t exactly veiled, play nice and everyone would be alright. She shifted the goggles and rebreather around her neck and features to get comfortable, blueberry eyes shimmering against the strange lights that lined the walls.Her eyes relaxed a bit as she spotted both Lumiagua and the pale stranger in the distance. So they’d made it here safely. Distracted by her discovery of the other two, she hadn’t noticed she was backing up… straight into the matriarch. Golden-brown fur framed her own short-covered pelt, the soft tufts startling her forwards as she glanced back with wild blue orbs. “Pff… haven’t seen someone this spooked down here ‘xcept the cubs when they run into some of the nasty beasties down in the crater.” The large lady humphed with a laugh, looking down at the much smaller Ket.
